IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on most items. On some items, we have Free Shipping over $75

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We have three different fulfillment centers in the States, Canada, and China. After your order is placed, it takes us 1-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.

Shipping is also based on your location; it will take 1-4 weeks (varies from product to product) after the order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only the estimates.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is shipped, please allow 5-10 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the postal system. After that period, you can track your order at this link.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we understand the inconvenience caused to you. We will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

WHAT IF I ADDED WRONG OR MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS TO THE ORDER?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address. Please send us the correct and latest address to our support email support@exciteblue.com in such case within 24 hours of placing an order.
